Bonnabel and Veterans Boulevard Intersection Improvements

The project included adding a single sweeping left turn lane from eastbound Veterans Blvd. to northbound Bonnabel Blvd., added dual sweeping left turn lanes from westbound Veterans Blvd. to southbound Bonnabel Blvd., relocated the existing northbound Bonnabel Blvd.

U-turn 125 feet to the north, and relocated the existing southbound Bonnabel Blvd. U-turn 100 feet to the south. Also, relocated the existing Veterans Boulevard U-turn on the west side of the intersection and added additional landscaping in the median of Veterans Blvd. near Aurora Avenue.
A new traffic signal will be designed for new turning movements and a future bike path.
