Hartman Engineering, Inc. was established in July 1986 as a civil and environmental engineering consulting firm specializing in planning, design, permitting, and construction management services for a wide range of projects including stormwater, wastewater, solid waste, transportation (roads, bridges, and airports), drainage and flood protection, coastal wetlands conservation, and computerized mapping and GIS (geographical information systems).

The firm has offices in Kenner and Prairieville and is well equipped with the latest in CADD, GIS, and communications technologies. With these offices HEI is prepared to provide consulting engineering services throughout the Gulf Coast region.
